Mr. Hysell is a graduate of Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, and a minor in Mathematics, graduated August 31, 1977. Mr. Hysell continued his education at the University of Wisconsin, School of Banking, graduating on August 22, 1980. He was the president of Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions within the United States, until his retirement in 1997. Mr. Hysell’s career in banking and credit union experience spans thirty-six years. He is particularly adept in the detailed review of reports and documents. Mr. Hysell was in the United States Army from 1958 through 1961, as a language specialist for the Army Security Agency, primarily assigned in West Germany.

Mr. Hysell’s specialization as related to premises liability includes the analysis of security incident reports, daily activity reports, police calls for service and law enforcement type reports. Mr. Hysell’s focus on this engagement was to assist Ms. Tatalovich and myself, with the review, analysis and summarization of Kentucky Oaks Mall Security Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports and Field Case Reports from January 1, 2001 through June 17, 2004.

Mr. Hysell joined the firm in the year 2000. His career in this field spans seven years.
