Since joining the firm of Tatalovich & Associates the specialties I bring to the organization are unique. I retired from the Phoenix Police Department in October 1996 after twenty-two years. Within this period I was primarily assigned to the Patrol Bureau. Other assignments included special communications, uncover assignments, special weapons and surveillance. My investigative case experience involved burglary, theft, assault, rape, narcotics, accident investigation and reconstruction, fraud, forgery, missing persons, homicide and crime scene reconstruction. During my career with the Phoenix Police Department I also had taken on an additional investigative responsibility.

Since 1986 I have been assigned as a Reserve Special Agent Investigator with the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI). As a Special Agent my primary local duties involve major Fraud investigations against Department of Defense Contractors. Outside the local area my major duties within the United States and at various overseas locations include Protective Service Operations protecting VIPs (including President &Vice President of the United States, Federal Department Heads and Military Joint Chiefs of Staff), Anti-Terrorism & Espionage and Counter Intelligence Operations plus major felony investigations and Personal Background Investigation. These investigations often are coordinated with and jointly investigated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Secret Service, Defense Criminal Investigation Service, Naval Investigative Service, US Army Criminal Investigations Division and various other Federal, State and local agencies as well as Foreign Country Police and Military Agencies.

I have attended numerous state and federal investigative schools and have performed countless Vulnerability and Threat Assessments of persons and places. I have been formally trained in Crime Scene and Traffic Accident Reconstruction, Rape and Homicide Investigations, Personal Security Awareness providing countless one on one and group briefings and Foreign Country Travel Security lectures. In additions, during my twenty-six year career, both within the military and civilian law enforcement community, I have testified in hundreds trial cases (civilian & military).

Weapons training include present up-to-date qualifications involving: M-16,Uzi & HK MP 5, 12 Gauge Shotgun, Sig Sauer and Beretta 9mm pistols.
