President of a company specializing in Worker’s Compensation and Disability investigations, Personal Injury and other potentially fraudulent insurance claims. I am licensed in three states - Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. SONORA INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES - 1991 to 1998. Owner of a Sole Proprietorship conducting private investigations consisting of asset searches, skip tracing, missing person locates, background searches, child custody and other domestic related problems and surveillance. I personally worked undercover for two different corporations while liaising with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and an organization in the Tucson, Arizona, area known as the Municipal Area Narcotics Trafficking and Interdiction Squad (M.A.N.T.I.S.) My duties consisted of working as a laborer within the companies to report on safety, theft and drug related activities. The primary focus of the jobs was to identify drug users and traffickers within the company ranks. This entailed buying illegal drugs with money provided by the law enforcement contacts. These were both “deep cover” operations which lasted a cumulative 18 months. CUBIC CORPORATION/CUBIC DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC. - 1988 to 1990. Corporate Security Director for a Fortune 500 company involved in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Supervised a staff of 12 personnel relating to the company’s industrial security program and provided oversight of the contract guard force. Issued company policy with regard to the security program, performed inspections and training of various subsidiaries and wholly owned companies throughout the United States and foreign countries. Trained security staff in proper procedures relating to processing classified material on computers. Held Top Secret security clearance. TELEDYNE ELECTRONICS - 1986 to 1988. Security Manager for an Aerospace Industry doing contract work for the Department of Defense. Held Top Secret security clearance and managed the Industrial Security Program. Inaugurated an automated document locator system within the security department by placing over 7,000 classified documents into a searchable inventory. Managed Special Programs and supervised a staff of five. NORTHROP CORPORATION - 1985 to 1986. Senior Security Specialist on a special program which required annual inspection visits to over 200 subcontractor facilities. Rendered written reports and provided guidance to the companies in establishing program areas. Conducted program orientation briefings to hundreds of personnel at various facilities and made the initial contact with several companies being brought into a special program. Conducted security briefings and debriefings. Held Top Secret security clearance. UNITED STATES AIR FORCE - 1959 to 1985. Security Police Superintendent in charge of various types of activity relating to both law enforcement and security operations. I Held Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Chief of Security for the largest intelligence collection facility in the free world consisting of all branches of the U.S. military working under a common roof. I spent four years as a Training Course Chief at the U.S. Air Force Security Police Academy at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Curriculum specialized in combat tactics. I was also the Security Superintendent at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, hosting the largest wing of C-130 military aircraft in the world. The unit provided deployment and redeployment for U.S. Army units to and from various locations overseas. I was in charge of the Little Rock Air Force Base security police mobilization teams deployment to the Grenada Conflict which was successful in routing Cuban military from the island. I was also a primary participant in numerous marksmanship matches at the worldwide level involving other participants from England and Canada. Acquired many first place team awards and individual honors which are on display in the Security Police Museum at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
