TATALOVICH & ASSOCIATES

Senior Associate specializing in multi-level industrial and commercial management audits, workplace violence, security surveys, risk analysis and threat assessment for external and internal threats, and executive protection. Expert in review of Loss Prevention Systems to include: management, policies and procedures, personnel, access control and hardware. I design and review facilities to accommodate ergonomics, ballistic rated glazing, barriers and partitions, access control, CCTV, metal detectors, x-ray and trace-vapor machines. As an industrial security expert I formulate operational programs to streamline existing Proprietary and Contract Security Forces. I measure the effectiveness of existing policies and amend procedures to address changing security requirements created by demographics, multi-facility campus', ownership, expansion or relocation.

My expertise extends to commercial and general litigation, fraud, witness location, product liability, background inquiries, labor disputes, undercover operations, title fraud and extortion. I am experienced in construction and industrial site accidents. I have coordinated intelligence gathering campaigns for clients who may be targeted by subversive factions or labor organizations.

I am also a member of the Electronic Countermeasures Team. I specialize in criminal investigations, crime scene evaluation and photography, key witness location and interviews. My testimony is often used to impeach or refute the testimony of opposing witnesses. I confer with and prepare witnesses for testimony prior to trial. I have established a reputation for investigating Post Conviction Relief and ProPer Defendant Appeal cases. I am cleared with the Arizona Department of Corrections and the Maricopa County Prison System to conduct in-custody interviews. I also investigate in-custody incidents and prisoner rights violations alleged against the respective penal institutions. I am licensed by the Maricopa County Office of Court Appointed Counsel to conduct capital investigations.

August 1989 to December 1990
ANDERSON SECURITY INC. (Dayton, Ohio)

Vice President, responsible for all corporate and operational elements. I directed three divisions to include Electronic Protection Systems, Investigative Division and the Uniformed Security Officer Division. I was the principle in the research and publication of an Employment Assistance Program and a Fitness For Duty policy.

I reported directly to the President, had the latitude to expand service divisions and areas of service and steered the corporation from a local operation to a regional agency, with a focus on the Banking Industry. I established and managed security programs for two of Ohio's largest banking institutions.

April 1989 to August 1989. U.S
DANGUARD INC.

Director of Special Services. I reported directly to the President and Chairman, Mr. Dan Bunch. My primary direction was developing the Industrial Services Division, incorporating my expertise in the Public Utility Industry, both fossil fuel and nuclear. I advised the corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri on "commercial startups", written proposals and contract design for major industrial accounts.

1984 to 1988
TATT/PEDUS INTERNATIONAL

Executive Vice President, overseeing the Special Services Division. Speaking fluent German, I often interfaced with the Munich based German parent company. My authority encompassed an eight (8) state territory. I negotiated major contracts and was responsible for operations throughout the heavy industrial and utility security clients. I was directly responsible for the one hundred (100) man (contract) security force at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the world's largest nuclear powered generation facility.

1972 to 1984
TATT COMPANIES INTERNATIONAL

Executive Vice President, in charge of the Industrial Security Division with corporate responsibility for contract negotiation, internal affairs, respondent to all E.E.O.C. and government initiated claims. I authored the first employee handbook, the corporate policies and procedures, the generic industrial proposal for all Class I projects and supervised approximately eight hundred (800) officers throughout the Western United States.

I served as the Industrial Security Consultant to the Public Service Company of New Mexico, Plains Electric Corporation, Colorado Ute Cooperative and the Intermountain Power Project. Further, in conjunction with E. Dwayne Tatalovich, I administered the industrial security programs for the Salt River Project and Arizona Public Service to include: the Navajo Generating Station, the Coronado Generating Station, the Cholla Power Plant, the Four Corners Power Plant, Intermountain Power, Pacific Power and Light, and Bechtel Corporation, respectively. I was the principle negotiator with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Navajo Nation labor department.

1978 to 1979
TATT COMPANIES INTERNATIONAL

I was directly responsible for developing the Electronic Services Division. My responsibilities included: recruiting divisional management, purchasing monitoring equipment, assisting in the ergonomic design of the Central Station, and coordinating marketing efforts. Under my direction, the division grew to over four hundred (400) monitored accounts. I was chairman of the executive team credited with the acquisition of the Pacific Power and Light contract. I orchestrated the start-up of four (4) major fossil fuel plants, on the same day, in two separate states. I negotiated the only union agreement ever consummated by Tatt in its eighteen year history.

1976 to 1977
TATT COMPANIES INTERNATIONAL

I was selected by the chairman of the company, as one of two candidates to attend the Dektor School of Counterintelligence in Alexandria, Virginia and became certified in the technique of Psychological Stress Evaluation. Subsequent to graduation, I recruited division management and oversaw the development of the Truth Verification Division. I personally solicited vital confessions from offenders in numerous instances where Polygraph techniques revealed erroneous or inconclusive results. My introduction of this investigative skill added a new dimension to my investigative skills and Tatt's investigative capabilities.

1974 to 1975
TATT COMPANIES INTERNATIONAL

I developed deep-cover investigative techniques which were used to infiltrate Arizona's explosive construction industry and later expanded to the industrial and nuclear industries. I conducted "buys" and identified fraudulent elements that permeated this industry. As a result of the dramatic increase in new-home construction there were a disproportionate number of Workers' Compensation claims. I conducted numerous preliminary and sub-rosa investigations, testifying frequently in front of the Arizona Industrial Commission.

1972 to 1973
TATT COMPANIES INTERNATIONAL

Recruited by E. Dwayne Tatalovich, I joined Tatt Companies International as an Investigative Associate, concentrating on fraud, personal injury, product liability and criminal investigations. I was one of the original six licensed investigators for Tatt.

1971

I am currently a licensed private investigator by the State of Arizona. Throughout my twenty-six (26) year career, I have been licensed in New Mexico, California, Texas and Ohio.
